What material are the Opulent Paris products made of?
We exclusively use high-quality metal for our sunglasses frames. This metal is chosen for its durability, resistance to twisting, and ability to withstand impacts.
Additionally, our lenses are designed to provide excellent sun protection and are equipped with UV protection to shield your eyes from harmful UV rays. These features ensure that our sunglasses remain durable, stylish, and offer superior eye protection.
How do clean sunglasses?
It is recommended to use a damp cloth and mild soap to clean your glasses, then dry them with a soft, dry cloth.
Solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, etc.) and aggressive detergents that may alter their condition should be avoided.
Store your glasses in their case in a dry place and at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C.
Replace the lenses if they are damaged (scratched, cloudy, etc.) and use only original accessories and spare parts.
Is there any warranty for my Opulent Paris items?
Opulent Paris, we fully guarantee the products we sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty from the day the order was received.
Opulent Paris warrants the items and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with the user manuals and technical specifications and other published recommendations on the Product and provided that they occur within ONE (1) YEAR from the date of initial purchase by the end user ("Warranty Period"). You may request this warranty in a country other than the country of purchase. The Warranty does not entitle you to replacements for lost or stolen items.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been placed. Please verify:

Shipping
You will also receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your package is in transit. Notifications for order and shipping/tracking will be sent to the email address provided at purchase, or to your contact phone number. Please double check junk and spam mail folders, in case your confirmation has been received there. Also allow us up to 3 business days before contacting us in case you did not receive your tracking number yet.

I haven't received my order confirmation?
First of all, please check that our emails are not in your spam/junk folder. If you think you've entered the wrong address, please email us at info@opulentparis-shop.com and we'll update your details.
How to track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or text) that contains your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number either HERE or on an external international tracking website such as https://www.17track.net/
If you did not receive your confirmation email (or text) within 5 business days after placing your order, please send our customer support a message at info@opulentparis-shop.com and we'll sort this out.
Is my payment secure and what are the payment options?
At Opulent Paris, we use secure, third-party payment gateways to process your payments. We do not retain your credit card information during or after the transaction.
If you choose to save your card information, your credit card details will be tokenized, encrypted, and stored securely by the third-party gateway, and will be submitted directly to your bank for authorisation.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Shop Pay.
How to change or cancel?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can after ordering. We can typically process changes and cancellations within 6 hours of you placing your order, if your package isn't in transit yet.
